Local anaesthetic is introduced with a small, insulin needle in the area below and around the lesion we want to remove.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The procedure of introduction of a local anaesthetic is not painful except on feet, hands or nose.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Surgical removal of skin lesions<\/strong>  <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Surgical removal of skin lesions<\/strong> is the only removal method where we can be completely sure that every cell of the dermal lesion will be cut off.
